Nagakawa Vietnam Joint Venture Company officially converted its ownership into a joint stock company under Decision No. 853 / QĐ-UBND dated 21/03/2007 People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc province. Nagakawa Joint Stock Company operates under the model of a joint stock company in accordance with the business registration certificate No. 1903000273 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Vinh Phuc Province on March 21, 2007.

Established Nagakawa Engineering & Investment Development Co. – IDT. Nagakawa – IDT specializes in the supply and installation of large capacity power systems for commercial buildings.

Nagakawa Company has completed procedures to increase its charter capital from VND100 billion to VND110 billion under the share issue plan. For existing shareholders at the ratio of 10: 1.
